Manufacturing firms in emerging economies like Bangladesh face significant environmental challenges and internal operational inflexibility due to resource constraints. In such a context, firms need to integrate sustainable practices to ensure sustainable environmental performance (SEV) and organizational resilience (OR). Drawing on the resource-based view and the green dynamic capability view, this study explores how green human resource management, circular economy capabilities, and green technology adoption interact within Bangladeshi manufacturing firms to enhance SEV and OR. The research collects questionnaires from 300 respondents at firms in Bangladesh to examine their perceptions of organizational resilience-building practices. It employs Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis to examine both linear and configuration pathways to enhance OR at the firm level. The study contributes to the existing environmental sustainability and resilience literature by offering insights into how Bangladesh's resource-intensive manufacturing firms jointly shape resilience outcomes by utilizing sustainable human resources and circular economy capabilities, sharing contextual reality in achieving sustainable environmental performance and organizational resilience.
